Where are you today?

Sometimes I feel like I’m part of a hockey team, but my team is a team of one. I’m working at full strength to trying to push forward with everything working toward the goal. I feel as if I’ve been playing hard, but the goal seem so far away. I get an knocked down, then get back up but I never give up. Although I’ve had some help, my brain seems like it’s on overload and sometimes I forget the simplest things. At these times, I have to look towards God to pull me through. God is with us every step of the way.

Through the good times, hard times, bad times, sad times, and trying times. He is our constant and on our team. Everything we go through, no matter how alone we may feel, He is there with us. He is the one who picks us up when we get knocked down. He is the reason for all things that happen in our lives; for everything we go through is orchestrated by Him. He allows us to go through things that are not of Him.This is for growth. Without failures we can’t learn. We are to trust Him through the adversities life brings.

He is the one who is our biggest encourager. He alone is the author of our story. So when life knocks you down, get back up and try again. He is on you team and He wants to see you reach those goals. “And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” 1 Peter 5:10 NIV Dear Heavenly Father – I am so thankful that you are on my team. You push me forward toward the goals and help direct my day. You alone have pushed me harder than anyone else because You know what I am capable of. For this I’m very grateful. I praise You Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
