So, a friend asked me to meet her for dinner. Full Throttle Roadhouse is the name of the place. They were offering a special that night. The first thing I noticed was the place was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
The owners came over to greet us, told us a little about their restaurant, and mentioned other specials on different nights. I have to say that the attention and personal touch was refreshing.
My friend and I talked about how “at home” we felt. Our server was amazing, I wish I had gotten her name.
Our food came. It was country fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fried okra, and white gravy. I love southern food, country food, and all foods in between. The meal was fabulous. My friend and I decided we would come back next week.
I’ve never given an eatery a five star review before. These guys have changed that for me. Everything was perfect. They have live music at night and most nights, if the weather is right, you see a line of motorcycles parked in their parking lot.
The bottom line is this is a fun place with excellent food and service. The atmosphere is amazing and the prices are very fair. If you’re in the Metro Atlanta area this place is worth the drive. If you’re local, what are you waiting for?
