The Baking Soda Diet

I have begun a quest to get healthy, get thinner, and feel better. As a former pro athlete and body builder, this would be important to me and finding something new about it should have been more difficult. My friends know that when I am on a quest. I never stop till I get there. I spent hours over several days studying baking soda.The uses seem endless. But drinking 4 ounces of juice with a heaping teaspoon of baking soda is changing my life. I do this twice per day. Choose any juice you want. The object is to ingest the baking soda.

I am one week in and there are three main things I have noticed. First. I no longer feel bloated. Even after I eat a big meal. Next. I have more energy. I wasn’t expecting that and it could be more in my mind than anything. Finally. My pants fit better. After just one week. Who knew something so simple would be this amazing?
