MONROE, Ga. – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is on the scene of a shooting involving a police officer in Monroe, Georgia.
Officials said the shooting happened around 9 a.m. Thursday. According to the City of Monroe Police Department, the shooting took place after officers responded to a “man with a gun” call.
