Criminals Always Have guns

“Gun control” continues to be a controversial topic but the only effective form of “gun control” is a firm grip that keeps a gun on target. We recently found an article by our sometime contributor Dave Emanuel that accurately describes the reasons gun control legislation is ineffective at reducing gun-related crime.

During 2019, the latest year for which FBI statistical analysis is available, 13,927 murders were committed in the United States. Of those, 10,2258 involved the use of firearms, (6,368 were handguns) 1,476 were committed with knives or cutting instruments, 1,671 were committed with “other weapons” and 600 murders were committed with “personal weapons”, which are defined as hands, fists, feet and other body parts. Statistics for 2015 through 2018 show a similar pattern. Click the link to read more. http://daveemanuel.org/criminals-always-have-guns
