The field of Republican candidates running for Georgia Secretary of State is impressive. However, in our opinion, one stands out- Josh McKoon. In addition to overseeing elections, the Secretary of State also oversees corporate registrations and The Professional Licensing Boards Division which provides administrative support to the state’s 41 licensing boards. With his experience as an attorney and a state senator, Mr. McKoon needs no on-the-job training. He is the only candidate with the knowledge, training and experience necessary to successfully perform the duties of Secretary of State as soon as he takes office.
